We want you to love your Mavi denim, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your return package.

Pack and Ship

Place your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days.
